"I had a minor issue when placing my order online. The prices had increased on a few of my items. I called customer service and spoke with a lady named Anna. She was extremely helpful fulfilling ny order and adjusting the prices to what I had had. She provided excellent service to me and honestly if it wasn't for her politeness and caring concerns to fulfill my order, I'd not put the purchase through. It's been a couple if not a few years since doing business with Eden Fantasys, but I do see future orders as long as my order comes to me nee undamaged and in perfectly working conditions.
