"Ordered on a Friday . Had Microsoft Office downloaded and working Saturday Morning. Had several questions Danial made everything easy and was quick to reply to my email. One time price was what Microsoft wanted for 1 year subscription. This is the second time I have purchased Microsoft Office from Eksoftware. First purchase was for my computer this one was for my wife's. I'm sure I will be making more purchases from Eksoftware!!"

OUTSTANDING I.T. HELP!!
"I am a first time customer to Eksoftware. I just purchased MS Office and had trouble downloading. I went on the chat, described my issue, and it took less than 1 minute for a response.
Daniel came on and offered an alternative site to enter my product key. I did, and he got the same error message I did. He then emailed me a new product key. The download took seconds, and VOILA, I'm in.
I am grateful for Daniel's patience, kindness, and expertise.

Eric's Patience and Determination
"When I downloaded MS Office 2010, I was not able to install it. After several tries I used the chat option for help. Eric worked with me for several hours, trying to figure out why my system would not install the download. Finally, Eric tried moving the file to a different folder -- Downloads -- and opening it there. Eureka! Success! I now have a working copy of MS Office available to me on my Dell desktop. Through it all, Eric was unflappable. On a couple of occasions, when nothing seemed to work, his only comment was "Interesting". I would give him top marks for his abilities, his patience and his determination."

We got there
"My software ended up in a Microsoft account I didn't know I had, didn't have access to. It took getting a new computer, and much frustration on my part before I got to Joe, who is now my personal technician.
Joe was patient, knowledgeable, and spent the time it took to unravel the mystery of where my software was and why I couldn't download it, all the way through to having it completely installed on my new computer."
