"I have purchased at least four Windows licenses from Eksoftware in the last few months and I have been thoroughly impressed with the ease and speed of the delivery of the license and the link to download the ISO files. During my last purchase, I forgot to enter a coupon for a discount, so I wrote them an e-mail and expected to wait 24-48 hours for a response. I was so pleasantly surprised that they not only responded within 15 minutes of my e-mail, but they actually reimbursed me for the discount amount within 60 minutes of my initial e-mail. I was so amazed at their responsiveness. I am planning to go to Eksoftware for all my future software purchases. They have very competitive pricing: I have found pricing with at least a 35% discount than more well-known resellers on the Internet."

"I ordered Publisher program. My name is Kuhn Hong and order number is 15979. The agent Jesus helped me to go over step by step and then able to download the program by remote access. I asked the question to make sure my previous Power Point program will be remaining after installation of new Publisher and Jesus assured me a couple times it will be. "The support team at Eksoftware are very responsive and helped me troubleshoot loading Office 2016! Yes, 2016! I'm on High Sierra and had no idea which version to use.
