"accidentally purchased wrong software twice believe it or not and within moments of messaging the live chat i got a response. wasnt sure if it was a computer or not at first but after we went back and forth at 2am i realized this was a real human lol. she fixed my problem and refunded me very fast. great prices on this website and great service. Order 8790 - Request for refund for wrong item received
"Today, April 26, 2022, I requested a refund for Order 8790 which I had placed on January 1, 2022. I had ordered Word 2021 but got a key for Office 2021 Professional Plus for Windows instead. I had also ordered another piece of software that I later learned I can't use on my computer. Jesus helped me and said because I couldn't use what I got, I would receive a full refund for both pieces of software. I had spent quite a while trying to figure out why things weren't working. Once I contacted the Seller, there were no arguments and no hassles or efforts to try to sell me something else. This is what customer service should be like! Thank you for your courtesy, Jesus!"

"I recently upgraded the OS on my Mac and needed the latest Microsoft Office software for Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. During the install I missed a step of removing the old version of Office from my Mac. I called support at EkSoftware, the call was answered promptly (imagine that, no long wait, and no endless phone menus). Daniel answered the call, he understood the issue and very quickly walked me through a few steps to get the new versions up and running. I was impressed with the support from EkSoftware and Daniel, plus they had the lowest price for the software that I could find."
