Spam folder
"Was wondering where my codes and download links were, but after hoping on the chat with Eric he suggested that all the emails went to my spam folder. Checked the folder and all emails were there. Not sure why I didn't check there first??? Fast response using the chat feature."

"Daniel from customer support really helped me figure out why the new software I just purchased wasn't downloading. I am a Mac user and I needed to incorporate Windows 10 via Parallel for upcoming projects. He was very patient and walked me through every possible step. I was still unable to figure out what was happening, so Daniel was able to virtually view at all my settings and was able to figure out the problem. Thanks to him the new software is running smoothly now, and I am relieved! He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I give the support he provided for me today an A++."

Perfect Customer Service
"I know that this review is going to sound false but believe me it is not. I was having some difficulty this morning installing a newer version of Microsoft Word for Mac on my wife's computer that I had purchased from EKSoftware and I called the support number and was overwhelmed with Daniel's intelligence, patience and knowledge as he helped me to a very satisfactory conclusion. It was (really) one of the best support calls I've ever had. I am very grateful and applaud EKS for employing such competent and available support workers."

"I truly appreciate that I was able to get quick response to my trouble installing software. Previously I had purchased Excel from another company, but for the wrong platform----my mistake, but I was not able to get a response by phone, chat, or email. Careful ordering of the software for the right platform was done with EkSoftware this time. I got a human response within. minutes of calling!!! Daniel walked me through reinstalling the software and getting it operable. Thank you!"

"I purchased a Microsoft Office suite and had trouble downloading it onto a newly purchased laptop.
