"i'm glad i chose EKSoftware when i needed to update my office suite with Access 2019. the purchase was easy and for an excellent price. after the download the installation was simple and straightforward. i must of made a mistake when opening Access and entering the access code/product key because it was denied. i call EK's customer service number and Daniel walked me through the process with great patience on his part. it wasn't long before my new Access 2019 database software was up and running. great service and save on the product by Jesus - best online service i've experienced
"often times i am hesistant to use online chat help because of walking away dissappointed.
this time it was the best - i would say my problem was complex and took alot of time to solve but Jesus really gave it his all and made it happen.
Its not often ever this happens - but i would say buying from Ek software the difference is guys like Jesus who don't give up - go the extra mile and make it happen. Thank you!!"

Installation problems corrected by support
"I was a bit hesitant to buy this from EKsoftware since I'd never heard of them. But the reviews were good so I ordered Microsoft office 2019 for mac (2021 iMac m1) rather than the 2021 version which is cloud-based. Everything went as promised until I tried to use Word. It gave the error message that I was only using a 'view-only version). I called support and after a few minutes, Daniel fixed the problem for me. It was caused by a previous version of MS Office 365 that was on my hard drive. I can download the software in the future, if necessary, from my Microsoft Account if I get a new computer."
