Installation problems corrected by support
"I was a bit hesitant to buy this from EKsoftware since I'd never heard of them. But the reviews were good so I ordered Microsoft office 2019 for mac (2021 iMac m1) rather than the 2021 version which is cloud-based. Everything went as promised until I tried to use Word. It gave the error message that I was only using a 'view-only version). I called support and after a few minutes, Daniel fixed the problem for me. It was caused by a previous version of MS Office 365 that was on my hard drive. I can download the software in the future, if necessary, from my Microsoft Account if I get a new computer."
