Not really your fault, but hard to give a review
"Not a reflection on Fast Growing Trees, but I can't really give a review. My crepe myrtle was delivered to my front porch, but it was delivered right before a storm, which knocked the box that the tree was in down and across my yard. By the time we got home, the box was soaked, the dirt was almost all gone from the packaging and the tree was basically dead. We tried to replant it, but to no good result. I'm sure it was properly packaged and delivered (although late due to COVID), but it wasn't able to handle the storm and we didn't get home for hours after it was delivered."

Worst tree I've seen
"I ordered a tree that was supposed to be 6 to 7 ft tall. I received a tree that was barely 6 ft. That hat branches pruned back short and the top of the tree cut off. Very disappointed!!!"

Great Service
"It was an easy ordering experience and the trees arrived safe and sound. There was a shipping snafu which caused a delay in some of the shipment (hence only 4 stars) but it was handled quickly and efficiently. So I am a happy customer and would order again from them!"

Bought an apple tree as a gift
"I sent an apple tree to a friend as a gift. Shipping took nearly three weeks, but that is understandable given the ongoing delays resulting from COVID-19. The tree arrived in good shape and looking healthy and my friend was very happy to receive the tree. Time will tell if the tree grows well and provides fruit for him, but initially I have been happy with my purchase."

Healthy plant but poorly packaged
"This was my first time ordering from Fast Growing Trees, let alone my first time getting plants mailed to me. So I was a little worried how my plant would be packaged and if it'd be packaged safely. My order was shipped a week late, but I did get an email from them telling me about the delay so I was well aware of it. Great communication on their end, so I was not upset at all about it. However, upon receiving my package, it came in a 3 ft box. I wondered why the box itself would be so large and if my plant was really that size. I opened up the box, and my vanilla bean plant was only 1 ft tall. The plant came with a clear plastic bag covering it and sealed with a twist tie. It wasn't completely sealed though because about 1.5" of the soil in my plant was gone and scattered in the box! Even the root ball was exposed leaving no soil was covering it. The plant was obviously not secured in its box, and on top of that the box was triple its size. I am not happy about how my plant was packaged, especially for the price that I paid for it and the high shipping fee. I really hope the company will read this and implement new ways to better their packaging. Other than that, my plant was not super damaged - thank goodness. Just weakened from all the bruises it got while it was shipped over to me. Overall, the plant itself is healthy, but until they make the packaging better and secure, I will try out different online plant shops to see if there are better options out there."
