Slow response from customer service and poor quality plants
"The magnolia tree that was not inexpensive arrived damaged. After three days of back and forth with customer service, I was promised a new tree that has not shipped yet, almost a week later. I also purchased plant insurance that is nothing but a scam. One of the burning bushes I also ordered arrived much smaller than the other one as I added the duo burning bush item to my order as well."
"I ordered 3 queen palms and two sego palms however when they arrived I noticed one of the sego palms didn’t look good. It’s been a few days and the middle of the sego is very different than the other as it looks very brown and not grayish green like it’s counterpart. Two of its leaves are dry and yellow."
"The product was great, was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get me fertilizer that I needed to order to qualify for free shipping. If it wasn’t for that i would have given five stars!"
For $140 they sent me bug eaten tree and broken cactus.
"Seduced by excellent ratings of this seller, I purchased cherry tree and cactus. It took them 15 days to deliver from the day of order. Poorly packages inside, both plants arrived in terrible condition, cactus is broken and faded, the tree leaves have leaves eaten by some bug. This was a total waste of time and money. Stay away!"
"Plants arrived in a solid container and had very few blemishes (mostly just a couple of broken branches, but nothing that would permanently harm the plant)."
"They sent a mailer with a discount and free shipping. When I purchased, they charged $30 for shipping, stating customers could only use one of the discounts. The mailer did not indicate customers had to choose. Stupid way to trick customers."
