Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Very well packaged and arrived undamaged, ready to plant. Also, grateful the tree was the actual size advertised -- I think some growers tend to skimp on the tree height, claiming it's taller than than it actually is. This one was actually taller than what I expected. Thanks!"
Order arrived late and 1/2 of my order was missing
"Doubt I’ll use this company again. My order was a week late, and one of the trees I ordered wasn’t delivered. I was instructed to email the company and after a number of back and forth emails getting terrible customer service. I called and was finally able to be refunded the price of the tree plus tax. Took way too much headache just to get my money back. Very unhappy.
The tree that arrived looked pretty sad. Hopefully it perks up with sunshine and water but I’m disappointed in that item also."
"I did recieve my plants, they didn’t look very well, they had me to send pictures of my plants, the lady was very helpful, she said they would send me two new ones and if the other one’s didn’t do well they would replace them ,so that made me feel better"
"I’ve had good luck with Fastgrowingtrees several times. Unfortunately this time FedEx messes things up. I watched my new red dogwood travel to Texas, and then it sat in a FedEx warehouse nearby for 3 days. It was finally out for delivery, but never showed up. I got an update of a “delivery exception” with status “returned to depot for inspection.” The next day, the tree showed up with every limb snapped about one foot above the pot. The box had been crushed.
I took photos and uploaded to fastgrowingtrees. The next business day I received an email that a new tree is on its way. Hoping for better delivery results this time!"
"Plant arrived much later than was scheduled. That was fine due to the extenuating circumstances. However, the plant's leaves were covered in bugs and much of the remaining flowers and leaves were partially eaten or dying. Desperately hoping that will massive amounts of TLC it can be brought back to life, but not impressed with what was delivered."
"2-3' privacy shrubs were the height they promised but had one spindle center and was about 6" wide. Looks like they were speed grown and does not look like they'll bush out to 5-6' wide...ever!"
