Scam
"I saw a 2.00 charge show up on my card after subscribing to Amara coffee su scription, I thought it was just to have it shipped free to my house, no idea who these people were, then, the next week, I saw a 13 dollar charge show up. This time, I did a search and called them. They were really rude and tried to make me think I had knowingly signed up for this program. I threatened to go to my bank and they told me they were issuing a refund, but I wonder how many people do t stay on top of their bank account like I do (I check my app every day). I was not about to let them intimidate me either."

One of the worst sites you could possibly deal with in modern times
"Signed up to get free shipping. In today's digital age, you would assume that you could just oh I don't know... APPLY FREE SHIPPING at checkout with this subscription. But no. You need to send a cryptic eMail with a number, for a check in the mail?? Then you will get no confirmation except that the eMail was received, then no refund. I followed instructions precisely. Service reps will say you did it wrong, wait another 3 weeks... Still nothing. Then once that time passes, you've 'waited too long to obtain the refund on this transaction'. Awful site, and not worth the time in the slightest. Living off of their easy to remember .url since day 1. Avoid at all costs."

Stay Away
"Rip Off. Supposedly I signed up when I placed an order with Kohls.com. Don't remember this. Not only did Freeshipping.com charge me $1.97 that day (and $12.97 seven days later), but I was charged for shipping by Kohl's. Never an email of acknowledgment from Freeshipping.com. This is a scam and based on the number of 1-star ratings, many more think so."

"glad to see i was not the only one surprised by a charge that did not seem valid.
go figure, it is not a valid charge and I am now calling my bank to get this charge removed and to also report this fraudulent sounding site. seeing from what others have said on the inter-webs, the site is far from legitimate in the way it goes about "gaining" subscribers, and i highly DON'T recommend this "service" to anyone looking into this site... by choice..
edit: upon calling my bank, they were good enough to issue a refund for both instances this company charged my account."

"This site is not a scam. I"ve been a subscriber for a couple of years and although I pay the $12.97 monthly fee, I usually get back more than $50 a month in credits. In fact I've maxed out their cash back and rebate refund limits a few years. That's $1000 cash back and $500 in shipping rebates.
The shipping rebates are useful for amazon because even with prime sometimes you want an item shipped next day. The $10 shipping rebate makes that possible more often which is great. The return shipping also works for Amazon if you get charged for return shipping.
Overall quite happy with the cash back. I did knock one star due to customer service. Getting issues resolved can take a number of calls and emails but they do eventually get resolved."

Most unprofessional customer service
"This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a battery powered gloves for $39.99. My money wasImmediately taken from my account as I would expect. It’s been over nine weeks since I ordered. I have messaged several times requesting a shipping date and was told it can take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. When I got over eight weeks I requested a refund and had no response back. I’d be happy just to get the gloves, but the fact that my requests have been ignored and I feel that I’ve had to wait for too long, with still no action pending. I will never order from them again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never order from them."

"I wish there was a way to give negative! This site is a SCAM! False advertising and BS Claims!! They are refusing to refund my order and cancel the request, but they sure were quick to bill me the day I processed the request. They say ships in 24 hour and 3-7 days for delivery. Its been 24 and still not even shipped. I have asked for the request to be cancelled for the past 2.5 weeks only to get a response with an apology and coupons for 10% off! Now I am being told that its to late to cancel and refund, so I have to wait for it to be delivered, meanwhile the product hasn't even shipped, then refuse the package delivery and when they get it back unopened they will then wait for verification before they can refund my money. Which the refund can then take up to 14 business days?!?!!?!? This place is JUNK in my opinion. Don't order anything from them. ! No matter how great the deal may seem, I would suggest to STAY AWAY!!"

Worst Experience
"August 11 , 2018 signed up for Free Shipping and $20 bonus for signing up. Ordered merchandise online, sent the documentation for my rebate and couldn't get them to respond as to why I hadn't received my $20 bonus and refund on shipping.
Finally talked with customer rep in person, she said one check had already been mailed and the other would be the next month. After many calls and e-mails finally received the 1st check September 28, 2018. It was to be for $12.97, only $6.99 and still NO $20 bonus. I have called and emailed, no response. Sent all info they wanted 3 times but still no correspondence from them.
Now my email/password is invalid and I didn't do it, so I can't get through to them.
I did have their charge for joining on my credit card but still no $20 Bonus!
Don't go through this frustration. I won't do this with any company again.. I'm on social security and can't afford to be scammed like this."

Scam - Charged for several months -- never signed up for this
"We just discovered that FreeShipping.com has been charging our debit card since July. We never knowingly signed up for this service. This company is crooked and likely tricking people into signing up when buying something unrelated. We had to have the debit card replaced to stop the charges"
