"August 11 , 2018 signed up for Free Shipping and $20 bonus for signing up. Ordered merchandise online, sent the documentation for my rebate and couldn't get them to respond as to why I hadn't received my $20 bonus and refund on shipping. Finally talked with customer rep in person, she said one check had already been mailed and the other would be the next month. After many calls and e-mails finally received the 1st check September 28, 2018. It was to be for $12.97, only $6.99 and still NO $20 bonus. I have called and emailed, no response. Sent all info they wanted 3 times but still no correspondence from them. Now my email/password is invalid and I didn't do it, so I can't get through to them. I did have their charge for joining on my credit card but still no $20 Bonus! Don't go through this frustration. I won't do this with any company again.. I'm on social security and can't afford to be scammed like this."
