"Shipping costs are extremely high. A CanadaPost Expresspost prepaid envelope (very similar to what was used) is $6.62. I was charged $18. I talked to an agent before ordering and was told this was the correct rate for my location."

"The goods arrived promptly, in good order. a payment glitch was fixed immediately and courtiously. had a problem with setup of the receiver but customer service set me straight. I higly recommend this company and intend to continue doing business with them AAAA++++++. A faultly dish was replaced within days of my complaint several months after the purchase. "The order (Panasonic 50" plasma) arrived exactly six days after ordering with free shipping. Customer service was fast and attentive pre-ordering. Though the price wasn't the cheapest of vendors, the warranty made up the difference in the overall value. I will definitely purchase from this vendor in the future.

So far TV has excellent picture quality and fair sounding audio.
Three HDMI slots-right at the minimum number of ports a TV this size should have
S-Video-a great video port to have for backwards compatibility
Networking features seem to be easy to setup though I have not had the chance to hook-up an internet connection to it yet.
Automatic channel scan is strong for all digital over the air channels.
Cons
The SD card option only displays a limited number of file formats which are generally associated with non-computer SD card devices. Either more file formats or provide a USB instead of SD card slot.
No HD schedule for HD channels. Though TV does show the current title of program for some HD shows, it will not show a schedule for later programs."

"i bought from them before and was very pleased so when it came time to upgrade I didnt hesitate. I ordered a new sonicview 360 premier receiver and add ons. Got it in a timely manner, but when I powered it up.....it froze. and the next 4 times I attempted to power it up it froze. The one time i did come on it would allow me into the setup screen.
Since then i have traded MANY emails with customer service and returned the receiver.
They say I have "obviously" attempted to "hack" the receiver and therefore I may be reported.
Now i find out that there is NO chance of refund, instead their "tech personnel" is looking at the receiver. any guesses what THAT decision will be?!
So I have not just lost money, but they say they might have to "report me" for "hacking" the receiver!
Do yourself a favour... either just burn your money or deal with a reputable dealer."

"Order Charged to my Visa 28 July 09 I later find out that they have no stock on the ordered item and will not have stock till 24 Aug 09. Talked to them on 26 Aug 09 and was told item will ship next day on 29 Aug 09 called again and was told by another person item might be there next week sometime I then Canceled order and have been trying to get a refund which I just received after much hassle 14 Sept 09 not a good place to buy anything."

"GOsatellite has great prices on their website which is fine but their customer service is horrible and their shipping is as slow as you can get. I ordered a Nfusion HD box and received two sonicview elite boxes. Just trying to contact anyone about the problem took several days for a reply. Then they demanded I return the item and it arrive at the warehouse before they would even ship my "correct" order. It usually takes days to get an email response, and their customer service phone always goes to a voice mail which they claim they will call you back but never do. My origional order was March 1st and it is April 22nd and still waiting for an answer from GOsatellite where my Nfusion is. If I would have gladly paid a few dollars more to get the correct order the first time and timely shipping. Please concider looking to another more reliable vendor."

"Rich online experience. Hard to fing what you are looking for. Very good product description. The only thing I did not like is the time to ship.
The next day after my order with GoSatellite, I ordered another unit from an ebay store. I got that unit 4 days before the one I ordered from here. Maybe due to UPS (because too slow). I believe most business that choose UPS over USPS is more worried about their own convenience and not their customers.
USPS ships in less than three days cost to cost, at a cheaper rate than UPS. They have package pickup and tracking numbers.
