"i bought from them before and was very pleased so when it came time to upgrade I didnt hesitate. I ordered a new sonicview 360 premier receiver and add ons. Got it in a timely manner, but when I powered it up.....it froze. and the next 4 times I attempted to power it up it froze. The one time i did come on it would allow me into the setup screen.
Since then i have traded MANY emails with customer service and returned the receiver.
They say I have "obviously" attempted to "hack" the receiver and therefore I may be reported.
Now i find out that there is NO chance of refund, instead their "tech personnel" is looking at the receiver. any guesses what THAT decision will be?!
So I have not just lost money, but they say they might have to "report me" for "hacking" the receiver!
Do yourself a favour... either just burn your money or deal with a reputable dealer."
