I found no way to talk to a human
"Coupon code WELCOME50 claims 50% off. It actually means $50 off.
Once I clicked buy it now I lost the ability to apply the coupon code. Chose small frame size and was given 150 mm wide frames as an option. Wildly frustrating experience."

"My first time using your site... Purchasing and selecting were easy. I wish I could have gotten better transition lerns on the Ray Bans, and I would have gone with them over the stock Ottos... Other than that. Once I get them and see how they fit and, more importantly, if I can see out of them, then maybe this rating goes up to 5 stars."
