I found no way to talk to a human
"Coupon code WELCOME50 claims 50% off. It actually means $50 off.
Once I clicked buy it now I lost the ability to apply the coupon code. Chose small frame size and was given 150 mm wide frames as an option. Wildly frustrating experience."

These limitations are based on the frame and the lens package being ordered. Only one discount coupon per order can be applied.
Our Welcome coupon applies to our standard frames and lens package and won't work on Sale or Premium frames.
