"The gentlemen by the name Mr. Fazal Lakdawala has serviced my cumputer 12/25/13 10:30-11PM after several attempts were made to free up a lock on my computer and to further eliminate unwanted programs and other threats that compromised to performance of my unit. Mr. Lakdawala demonstrated patients and superior technical computer protocol in a timely manner. He should be considered for a position that entails decision making. We already know his a qualified tech; engineer. Do Guru the favor and promote the guy. Guru has a bright future helping other professionals such as myself, include Mr. Lakdawla in the growth of Guru's future. (P.S. "my overall rating of GuruAid technical support would definately be at five stars...i just had my pc cleaned by another company and everything seemed to have gotten worser before i contacted Guru technical support. All associates where kind, fast and knowledgable. "I called GuruAid about noon on Christmas Eve with a pop up problem on my computer. Also I knew there was probably spyware and other marketing programs installed. The technician went through and corrected the problem while I was waiting. I stayed in contact with him through the chat box and we finished in about forty minutes. I was very happy with the service. All three of the people I spoke with were very courteous."

"GuruAid is one of the best investments I have made for my computer. Although I have a software that is suppose to protect my computer things get through and cause trouble. that is when I can count on GuruAid to step in and clean it up. I have a three year plan and in the first year it has more than paid for itself. All in the comfort of my home. No hassle of taking the computer in and waiting days for the repairs. these guy are friendly, fast, and know what they are doing."
