"Chetan Tayde: Although I spent over three hours on the phone and text communication with 3 of your technicians, I never felt that there was a lack of expertise with the technicians. I (repeat "I") had problems communicating the issues (because I have problems with accents, even if both are speaking English). In the final analysis, the problem was solved to my satisfaction. Unless something really negative turns up later, I will gladly recommend your company to others. (There are a lot of us out here that do not understand much about what goes on within these computers.)"

"After being told by McAfee that I was being scammed I gave GuruAid a call to get help with their product because they tried to tell me it would cost me over $100 to fix my issues. Well I am here to say that GURUAID has a great tech support and they have fixed my issues with malware and anti-virus issues. All I can say is that they saved my day.
