"I was very pleased with both the individuals I spoke with. (The first was Feroz Samnani, and the second was Shadik Basha.) There is a bit of an language/accent issue, but they were both very patient with me when I aske them to repeat. Nothing insurmountable. I was pleased that when they had to put me on "hold" he told me how long to expect and he came back and explained what was going on. The tech was responsive and appears very thorough."
