"I chatted with at least three different people. They did fix the problem, but it did take over three and a half hours. My computer is working but I still don't understand what the problem was. He pointed out what he said was "All the problems" were, but I still didn't see or understand what he was talking about."

"The service provided today by Guru Aid's Swapnil Taapekar was nothing short of outstanding! He asked the right questions to determine the issue and fixed the issues EXTREMELY FAST! I could not believe how quickly he moved through files and programs to resolve all issues. After he was through, he asked me to work the computer for a few minutes to ensure all issues were resolved and then he took the time to provide me with valuable advice should another issue occur. I really appreciated him taking the time to provide the advice and to treat me like a "friend" instead of just another customer.."
