"My mother loved her dress. Will definitely be buying again ! Due to her big breast it did fit her a bit tight 34 DD height 5’2 might wanna go up a size. Just 2-4 inches more and the dress zip will probably close. Due to that it’s also a bit tight from the neck. But the material is great and it’s an easy fix due to extra fabric in the inside."

DON’T DO IT
"Horrible experience. Don’t do it! Dress was not as pictured and customer service is a joke. They lie and are very dismissive about concerns. I highly recommend you save yourself from the frustration. Getting your money back for a wrong dress is not an option.U302"

Costs more to return than it does to buy
"The item arrived and was of decent quality, but I ordered the dress in the wrong material. When I went to return the dress and buy a new one, I realized that I had to pay for the return, which is fine, but to ship a box the CHINA from the US costs hundreds of dollars. So I had to settle for a 25% discount AND hope that the second dress I bought fits okay. Or then I’ll be out the price of 2 dresses… ($280)"

"I gave exact measurements and my dress is entirely too big…..I can fit another half of me in the dress. Not to mention the neck piece is way to tight. Now I’m spending more to get it corrected if it can be corrected. Went this route thinking I was saving money. I can’t even tell if I really like the dress. Not to pleased"

I am giving a one star and that's trying to be truthful. the first dress was not fitted to the custom measurement.
"I gave it a three for giving me a coupon credit value 100% of the first dressed and reorder a new dress. I gave five stars in communicating back in forth regarding to the fitting. I feel it's going to be a great dress. I gave a 0 star in the coupon credit. The second dress I did not receive the 100% coupon credit as promised and charged me more than what the selling price of the second dress I ordered. I will give 5 stars if I truly receive the coupon credit and correct amount of the dress. I decided to order again from Hebeos because of the coupon credit and wanted to give Hebeos another chance. Right now, we are working to adjust the charges and waiting for the dress to arrive. I will then give my final review. I am not worried about the dress to much. I feel this time the dress will be perfect."

Prom Dress
"Initially when I ordered the dress it didn’t fit my daughter and I reached out . Someone responded but they could not make alterations because we had ordered the size. However, they offered to give us a discount on the next order which they did. The next order was a dress for her graduation party. We sent customized measurements and the dress fit her perfectly!!! Quality fabric and design and good customer service. Thank you Hebeos!!! I will definitely buy again"

Color did not match
"The color of the dress was not close to the color chart online. I ordered sage green and it came a bright mint green. Requested a return and they offered a 13% discount. I paid $150 for the dress, 13% was an insult. I will never order from this company again, EVER!!"

Return issues
"The item was beautiful but the size was not accurate. The website says easy returns which is not correct. Once you email they will give you options of discounts on a new order or return with a penalty fee and shipping paid out of pocket. So if you are worried about size at all, don’t waste the money. If the return policy was easier and more based on customer satisfaction I would have tried a different style and size. But no one likes the headache twice."
