Return issues
"The item was beautiful but the size was not accurate. The website says easy returns which is not correct. Once you email they will give you options of discounts on a new order or return with a penalty fee and shipping paid out of pocket. So if you are worried about size at all, don’t waste the money. If the return policy was easier and more based on customer satisfaction I would have tried a different style and size. But no one likes the headache twice."
