Good quality, almost perfect tailoring
"The dress was as seen on the site. Quality materials. I used the custom measurements. The hem was perfect but the bodice had to be taken in. It came pretty fast, especially for a custom order. This is my second dress from the site and I will be back."

Dresses came damaged
"I ordered my two dresses from this site, both of which came damaged with large black marks on them. The company website says easy 14 day returns and full refund for damaged items. I reached out to the company, sent pictures of the damage and have been getting nothing but a headache from them. First they offered 10% back, then 33%, then said they would give me the address to send it back but would charge me for the shipping AND a restock fee of 15%! The sites said nothing about a restock fee for damaged goods, and it’s over $100 to send it back to China! With no guarantee that they will actually process the return and refund my money. These dresses were for the biggest day of my life and are unwearable, I am devastated and out $400 while still having to find new dresses for my wedding. Please, do NOT waste your money on this site!"

Biggest scam of a company
"Ordered a dress for my wife, she ordered it according to their size chart. Waited almost a month to even get the dress. When she tried it on they put way too much material in the bust area. It was suppose to be in the 34-36 size, she would have to be a 38-40dd for it to fit properly. This means it was not made properly. We contacted the company and told them the problem, they said they would not send us a return label. Said they did not have them. First they said they would give us 10% of the price and we could keep it, a lot of good that was going to do her, it did not fit. When I told them no, they said they would send us 20% and we could keep the dress, once again I told them no, since it was their fault. I kept asking them to send me a return label. They told us we would have to ship it back to China and they would refund 85% of our money less shipping. They were charging us 15% restocking fee and the price to ship it back which by the way was 45.00. Beware of this company, they are a total rip off."

US Dress Sizes are incorrect
"I ordered an US size 4 dress and when it arrived not only was it too small, it wouldn't even zip. Thumbs down, do not recommend ordering from this site at all; especially since there is a "No Returns" policy. What a complete waste of $190."

Scammers!
"Ordered prom dresses that did not look at all like the picture, emailed the company right away and shipped the dresses back, they wouldn’t offer me a refund, I had to start a dispute with my credit card. Do not order from here they are scammers, and if you do and get scammed, contact your credit card company right so they can’t do this to other people!"
