Dresses came damaged
"I ordered my two dresses from this site, both of which came damaged with large black marks on them. The company website says easy 14 day returns and full refund for damaged items. I reached out to the company, sent pictures of the damage and have been getting nothing but a headache from them. First they offered 10% back, then 33%, then said they would give me the address to send it back but would charge me for the shipping AND a restock fee of 15%! The sites said nothing about a restock fee for damaged goods, and it’s over $100 to send it back to China! With no guarantee that they will actually process the return and refund my money. These dresses were for the biggest day of my life and are unwearable, I am devastated and out $400 while still having to find new dresses for my wedding. Please, do NOT waste your money on this site!"
