Not what I expected
"I received my dress in the timeframe promised, so I was happy about that. When the dress arrived it had a terrible smell to it. I paid for specific measurements and paid an additional fee to have a jacket made. The zipper on the dress is extremely difficult to move up and down. I am afraid of breaking it. The jacket is tiny, I sent very accurate measurements, so I am not sure why this happened. I can't return it because of the special measurements. I also included a measurement for the length, and it is correct. It is a pretty dress, I am hoping I can still make it work."

"The shipping time was great. However, the MOB dress did not fit, it was too small. I would have liked to return it and order a different one in a larger size. The company would not let me return it even though it had never been worn. Lesson learned, I'll not order out of country again for special occasions."

"I would say for the most part the experience was good in the sense that someone contacted me to confirm my measurements. I originally ordered two different dress sizes because I wasn't sure which one would fit me but they refunded the other size and sent me the size based on my measurements. The only issue is that the top part of the dress is way too loose so I have to get it altered. Not all women who are a size 18 have DD ****. Mine are small at a C so the dress is ill fitting on top. Other than that, the experience was good."

Beware Sizing!
"I followed the size chart recommendations and it was useless. The dress ended up fitting 2 sizes too big. I’ve been struggling to find someone who is willing to altar and alterations will cost nearly as much as the dress. Very unhappy with sizing."

"This company seems to be a scam and is not customer friendly. They are not willing to work with you in returning an item and offer solutions, such altering the item or reselling it. I had to return the item to China costing me international fees, which were outrageous, just to see that my money was taken from California, a US agency"
