Don’t order from this company!
"I am so disappointed! I ordered my wedding dress… it arrived and the quality of the material was cheap and did not fit appropriately according to their fitting guidelines. When I tried to return it they gave me the runaround for a week and refused to send me a return shipping label. The dress was exactly in the same condition received with original tags in original packaging. Also within their 14 day return policy guidelines. Now they want to charge me a restocking fee…. And still have not given me a return label after 7 emails asking for it! Don’t order from this company’ I guarantee you will be disappointed too!"

Dress size guides not accurate
"I was told by a friend that Hebeos dresses run small so I was careful to consult their size guide. Because of their size chart, I ordered a size bigger than I would wear in the US, and it was still 2 inches too small. And because they are overseas, it is impossible to practically return the dress. Not a positive experience."

"I was scammed by another service and was heartbroken. I decided to take a chance and order from Hebeos. I’m so glad I did! It did not take long to receive my wedding dress! "This was a horrible experience. The dress came in a completely different color and was huge. And after multiple email exchanges, and I met all their return criteria, they still would not give me my full refund back unless I return the dress and pay for the shipping which would be $50. Then after I did more research I found most people were still out of their money even upon returning the dress and paying for shipping. They don't comply to their own return policy and their service is horrible. Will never purchase here again."

Horrible customer service.
"I had purchased a dress which ended up being well made but not fitting how it should. I asked to return it and they tried to convince me to pay and get it fixed. After going back and fourth for days trying to start the return process I had to get my credit card company involved. Only then they decided to initiate a return! Yet still have not sent me a return form for proof of returning as indicated on their return policy! I will never shop here again!"

Read the fine print!!!
"Event was canceled. Tried to return the unopened dress so I can’t tell you what it looks like nor how it fits.
Customer service is way past rude. Was informed if I return it there is a 20% restock fee which fine okay. What got me was I’d have to spend another 75.00 to ship it back to China.
No way will I ever purchase from them again. Pity, I had several hundreds of clothes in my basket. Oh well, Bloom Chick I guess it’s all yours."

Bridesmaid Dress
"I'm only giving 3 stars because I had to order my bridesmaid dress twice. The first time I ordered a size US 10 - I'm normally a size US 8. When the dress arrived it didn't even go past my hips - given that the fabric is Satin and is not of a stretchy material. I end up reaching out to Hebeos through their customer service email to be able to return the dress for a bigger size. When I explained to them the situation they did not want to return the dress but after a two day back and forth email streak they finally sent me a one time code that would cover the full cost of the next dress but not the shipping. I end up going to reorder the dress and the one time code did not work - I had to re-email them but they were able to fix the problem. I reordered the dress for a second time but this time a size US16 - I did have to pay the shipping again but I had rather payed for the shipping again than for the whole dress. This time around it did fit but some alterations do need to be done on the dress. Moral of the story: Make sure you measure and remeasure yourself before purchasing and look at the sizing chart - it is a hassle if you have to return. Also, READ THEIR POLICY BEFORE HAND this goes for any store you purchase from - I believe this is what helped me back up my argument. Other than the return issue the dress was good quality, was just like the presented picture and shipping was fairly quick. MAKE SURE you are ordering with enough anticipation time - especially if it is for a special event! In case you encounter a problem."

This company is horrible and I would never order from here again
"I received my dress and it did not fit. The have no customer service number to call. They refused to exchange the dress. The sizes are not accurate so you have to go 3 sizes up. It was a horrible experience and a lot of money wasted. I would never recommend anyone ordering from here."
