Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Dan repaired two leather recliners for us. Tightened buttons, fixed two arms, replaced springs and cushion. Will hire again if we have other furniture repair."
"He is the lowest price for dumpster rental. He is easy and quick with communication. Truly goes above and beyond for his customers. He helped me out with a couple of things with no extra charges."
"Shopping around for a home inspector was a breeze, and being connected to one who did a phenomenal job made me feel even better, especially being reasonably priced! He exceeded my expectations and was easy to get in touch with before and after the inspection. I’ll definitely be using his services again!"
"I received 5 contacts and interviewed each one of them. Some could do only one part of my projects, and most could not do the whole thing. I hired where it seemed most practical and prudent to move the projects along, since I am selling my home and needed to move fairly quickly."
Home Advisor service providers are great! But using this site to get to them could be better.
"The Home Advisor app was not easy to use. I could not find a good fit for a "repair" type electrical service (repair a ceiling that stopped working). I chose the closest item from the drop down presented. For my location two vendors appeared. I inputted my information and sent it but nothing happened the screen did not process and took me back to entering what service I needed again. After inputting data again. The two vendors appeared and I filled out a request to one of the vendors. I was then asked if I wanted to send to other vendors. I clicked on the other list and a 3rd vendor appeared that was just a little outside of the area where I live. In this case, it said it was going to send a text vs. an email. It appeared to then want me to input the data again, so I left the screen.
Not sure what happened next. The vendors that were sent the email requests did not respond yet (they still have 2 business days to do so) but the vendor with the text message, whom I thought was not sent a request, ended up calling me within two hours.
I was glad to have the repair work done but an experienced vendor. However, the HomeAdvisor site was not as easy to use as the old Angie's List website I used a few years ago."
