Scam
"I sent them an Apple Watch in perfect condition for an agreed to price. That was 3 months ago on 9/10/19. They have not responded to me on when I will receive payment. I email, write them on Facebook, and call them, but I don't receive a reply."

Never received payment
"They received my MAC on 10/14/19. I finally received an email on 11/3 that payment was sent. Today is 11/27/19 and I have not received the check yet. I have sent several emails and left a voice message on 11/24/19 and absolutely no response. Where is my check you sent? I doesn’t take this long for the USPS to deliver mail."

I was just robbed for 4 iPhones
"I was made an offer of $2,239 for 4 iPhones and never received payment. After waiting patiently for over a month to be paid I received an email stating the company is in chapter 11. The case number which they provided for the chapter 11 is also invalid according to the us courts website. It’s just awful how a company can commit robbery and get away with it. I have already contacted my attorney and intend on fighting this mater with them tooth and nail."

Lost my money!
"In the past, I would have given iGotOffer a 5 star rating because not only did they give me the highest quotes but their customer service was very friendly and and helpful. On Oct. 8, 2019 I received a quote from them to sell my iPhone XS Max, however on Nov. 23, 2019 I received an email from them informing me that they had filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Their website is still up but do not do business with this company."

"Worst service I’ve ever had. This company is bankrupt. Unfortunately, I found it in the hard way. I bought a MacBook Pro 2018 and they sent me a broken MacBook Pro 2010. I shipped it back and they are only refunding me 50%, due to a “missing item”. Since they only shipped me a broken computer and a charger, I’m curious to know what the “missing item” is.
Don’t ever deal with Svetlana, Elena, igotoffer and their crew. It’s a scam.

"Do not sell these people your electronics. They still have not paid me for my Apple Watch I sent in 2 months ago and will not answer the phone or reply to emails. Very dishonest company to continue buying things from people knowing they can’t pay them for it. BEWARE!!!"

"DON'T SELL YOUR STUFF TO THIS SCAMING COMPANY. THEY JUST FILED BANKRUPTCY. RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTICE ON 11/23/19:

This company is conducting a fraudulent business...They filed bankruptcy!
"This company filed bankruptcy on September 13th. They have not posted this information anywhere. They continue to conduct business and except your property fraudulently. They will not pay you, they will lead you on, and then they will send you a letter via email to tell you they have filed bankruptcy and you better get a lawyer. If you speak to them on the phone, they will not tell you about this unless you already know. Instead they will lead you to believe it is doing just fine, it will not divulge the bankruptcy. Then after they have had your equipment for several weeks and they have told you the check is in the que, you will received an email telling you that you are screwed."

"I traded in an Apple Watch back in September, never received a payment, and when I complained, I received an email noting payment would be delayed until end of November. Now come end of November, I received an email that the company is declaring bankruptcy and that the only way to get payment is to have a lawyer do so. A perfect scam. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are NOT reputable. All applicable bureaus have been contacted."

Chapter 11 will not pay but will continue to accept merchandise with no plans to pay
"Sent in my order 9/26/19 they accepted my phones but never paid. Sent email, said due to high volume payments would be delayed. Received email 11/24/ 19 that they filed Chapter 11 and would would not be paying or returning merchandise. They knew when they accepted merchandise that they could not pay. The website is still up and running and they continue to rake people merchandise with no way to pay.. SCAMMING THE CONSUMER AT IT BEST. Do NOT USR THIS COMPANY"
