Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"I've been waiting for my $500 check for selling my iphone to them for over 60 days. Now they just sent me an email saying they are bankrupted, but their web site is totally operational - I will consult my attorney on this scam.
Dear Customer:
This notice will serve to advise you that due to circumstances outside of our control, our company has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection. Our company’s ability to conduct business was virtually eliminated by a major retail partner and payment platform, effectively rendering our business inactive.
We are working tirelessly, through counsel, to restore operations or at the very least, recover some funds to make the maximum possible payments to our creditors.
The case number for our Chapter 11 case is: 1-19-45523-nhl.
Please seek the assistance of an attorney to file a proof of claim in our case, as that is the only way that payments to creditors can be issued due to the bankruptcy proceedings.
Please rest assured that we will do everything in our power to maximize the distribution to our customers and creditors, under the circumstances.
We apologize for any inconvenience this inadvertent situation has caused.
Sincerely,
400 Clearview Rd, Edison, NJ, 08837

"Same story as all the other one star reviews. I recently opened a complain with the Federal Trade Commission and I encourage others with the same problem to do the same. When I have tried to obtain a resolution of phoebe or having the item shipped back, they either don’t respond to emails nor answer the phones. I am certain this company is receiving items and selling them, either though eBay or Craigslist for an amount over what they quoted you. This make perfect sense for the reasoning of not being able to return the items once in a awaiting payment. It also makes sense giving their hidden 45 day payment delay. Either way, an FTC investigation will be able in unravel the scam they have been running . Do not sell to this company. They will scam you. Go through a reputable company. Igotoffer. I warned you when I did speak with you prior to being ignored, that I would ensure you are held accountable for your actions. Beware, the hammer is about to fall."
"I sent in 2 devices, I received a check for one of the devices but not for the other device. I waited for a couple of weeks before contacting them. When I called, the person I spoke with was apologetic and assured me that they will get payment in the mail, I told him that I will deposit the check I already got for one of the devices. I mobile deposited the check that day. The next day I got a email from my bank notifying me that the bank was closed and they changed me $12.00 for a bounced check. What a rip off!! I’m sure I’ll never get payed. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR STUFF"
"IGO-29875426
I've tried contacting customer service twice with no response. They've held my payment with no explanation. Says I'm in the Que to be paid! They will not answer phone. Captcha is broken in their link. Terrible experience. Be very careful! This company is a scam!"
"I had good luck with this company in the past, they really went downhill fast. I sold 2 phones, an iPhone XS Max, and an iPhone XS. The first problem was the iPhone XS quote was knocked down well over a $100 due to the fact it was once an AT&T phone. The phone was fully paid off and I had proof that it was unlocked but they said, incorrectly, that AT&T could "relock" it later. I did not want to deal with the hassle of getting the phone back so I took the lesser offer. Then they sent me an email showing both phones were inspected and I should receive payment within 3 business days. Days went by and nothing. I called them numerous times and emailed them several times and they told me they could take up to 45 days to pay and a copy of #35 in their fine print. Nowhere did it say it was a peak season, busy season, or that my payment would possibly take that long or I would have never sent the phones to them. They will not send the phones back to you by the time you find out it is going to take that long, so you are at their mercy. I did get my money after I called and emailed numerous times in about a week but I feel lucky compared to some others on here. They are less than transparent at best, deceitful at worst. I will NEVER do business with them again."
Horrible!!! Would have been easier to take a hammer to them
"First my equipment is downgraded so the price dropped 200. Lie #1
Tells me payment is in queue. Then says he has 365 days to pay..yep a year.
Then changes it to 45 days. It’s a scam and I feel I am out of my equipment and money. RUN!!"
"I sent in my old iPhone in almost SIX weeks ago and still have yet to see a penny of the over $500 the owe me! Anytime I try to email about the status of my check, I get the same generic response email about saying it’s still processing. I encourage anyone reading this to sell your electronics elsewhere!"
