"Love the bugs, they arrived quickly. Although the website url printed on the form was returning a 404 error, and once you do finally find the website it's not very easy to find how to order your bugs. But once you do it's all straight forward. They just need to work on their User Experience a little."

"Our caterpillars arrived today and they look great! They arrived 1.5 weeks after we ordered them. The care instructions are very clear and simple. I love that you can order the butterflies year round. The only confusion I've experienced was trying to redeem our coupon code that came with the box. It took a few failed trys before I finally saw the link at the top of the homepage. Other than that we are very satisfied."

"The larva arrived in good time but only 2 survived shipping and 1 of them died within an hour. The other died by the end of the day. The customer service rep did not hesitate to submit a request for a new shipment. I'm just hoping that this one is successful."

"We were a little disappointed that our package came in the mail and our caterpillars were very active and just a few hours later, they were in their chrysalids. The kids didn't get to watch them much. We have 5 chrysadids so we are hoping for 5 butterflies! Otherwise, the process has been exciting."

"The ladybug kit is our 2nd purchase from insect lore. Earlier this year we bought the butterfly garden. We have been very satisfied with both. The butterfly larvae arrived within days. All thrived and turned into butterflies. The company let us know immediately after our order for the ladybug larvae that the weather was too hot to ship them safely; however, they were able to ship them the following week. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend these products. They are great learning tools for children."
