"I ordered a junior set of clubs that was listed as "in stock" on their site. AFTER they took my money, they told me that it was backordered and included a scheduled ship date nearly a month later. A week after the scheduled ship date, I called them and was told that it would ship in a day or two and they promised to send a tracking number. A week after that false promise, I called them a second time and was told that "it shipped yesterday" and when I asked why they didn't send a tracking number they said "sorry we forgot." So, order from these guys if you want to go through what I went through. Con: After opening the package and reviewing the so-called golf training aid ,I was almost sick! Never have I seen anything so useless.I called the company for instructions for returning THE THING and promply packaged and returned to the seller. Least expensive manner was UPS witch cost me $10.00 plus to ship.
This comes as a negetive on my purchase, so I will NOT BE ORDERING from or RECOMMENDING In the hole golf in the future.
99 % of the companies I have purchased from in the past have offered an RA and prepaid shipping label when necessary to return an item !
I am now waiting for appx 3/4 of the price paid to be credited back to my account. The other 25% , they will keep for giving me such a laugh."
