"I ordered shoes on 20 September, it is now October 2nd and I have not received the shoes. I called customer service twice and finally today (2 Oct) they tell me the shoes were shipped on the 1 Oct and that I should have them on 7 Oct. That is almost 3 weeks for a pair of shoes to arrive. Usually my orders with other companies arrive within a week."
