"In the past I’ve sold iPhones through a similar process. Strange how the technicians always found scratches on the screen despite the iPhones having always had glass screen savers on them from the moment the box was opened. Same thing happened here with my watch despite it only having been worn for 18 months. The rest of its life was spent in its original packaging.
So when I got docked $5 there wasn’t a surprise.
Otherwise the experience was easy and quick."
