J and P did an amazing job getting it shipped very quickly, it was UPS that messed up
"UPS still has not released my tire. Shipped it to my old city 2000 kms away. Talked to 4 people for a total of 5 hours and they still cant sort it out. Do not use their app. It was garbage 12 years ago and it is still garbage today. Would not let me pay my duty on the app. Would not let me change my choice drop off from 12 yrs ago. I deleted app and they still shipped it to my old city for holding still after talking to 3 different people and paying my duty. I was assured it would get sent to my purchase address. Still no delivery two weeks later. J and P should reconsider who they deal with. I buy parts from FUEL MOTO and they use FED EX with very fast shipping and no hassle."
