Buyer beware
"I bought some tires from J&P cycles. The only reason that I chose them was a 15% discount offer for subscribing. The offer didn’t mention any exclusions. The payment page didn’t either. It processed without the discount. I spoke with their customer service rep who told me that tires are excluded but she would help me by canceling the order through PayPal and running it directly from my credit card with a 10% discount. She said that she was having trouble canceling it, so I offered to take care of the cancellation. She said that it “needed to be done the right way “ so she would handle it. I never heard from her again. I believe that I was purposely misled in order to persevere the sale at full price. It was the same price as other sites without promo discount codes. I’ll never deal with them again."

Don’t seem to know what parts for bikes.
"Used part finder and ordered part it said. Received the wrong part and was told by customer service that I must have a custom bike, it’s factory where this part is concerned. Ordered from another site that sells…”gear” for “cycles”… and have had zero issues."
