"My order was shipped very quickly and I received it the next day. The blank DVDs were very high quality and I purchased them for a better price than I found them anywhere else either online or at an electronics and computer store. "This was my first purchase from J & R, and it most certainly will not be my last. I ordered a Nikon Coolpix s9300 and received it in time for Christmas.
Super fast shipping, no games played here. They have won my loyalty and I will look to them in the future for my electronics needs...(I had originally ordered the same camera from another online "reseller" and it was a disaster..they sent the wrong item, wrong color, and used a bait and switch tactic). So 4 days before Christmas I was scurrying to find a replacement. I found J & R in a Google search and they had the camera, in the color I wanted..and it came with all the items that Nikon includes with it and all at a lower price with a $10.00 coupon on top of that lowering the price even further. I did not expect to receive it in time for Christmas but, to my surprise, it arrived at 10 am on Christmas Eve...To say I was happy..well, you would have thought I won the lottery....J & R ROCKS!!!! Do not hesitate to order from them, you will not be disappointed!!!!"

"Found the lowest price on Sony Ultrabook, received additional coupon discount and free ground shipping. Received cash back from fatwallet as well.
Shopping experience however wasn't the smoothest. My card got charged but the website gave a system error. Called up the helpline next morning. Reaching the agent was quick and they resolved the issue in a few minutes. Except for this little incidence, I am overall satisfied with J&R and will come here again."

"With one phone call to Rick I was able to get the receiver and CD player that I wanted. The prices were as low as I found elsewhere or lower and the components came on time. "Ordered table radio. The shipping was unbelievably fast. Especially important - it was described as having excellend fm reception. We live in a remote area. With previous radios we have had to use an external power antenna with so so results. This radio pulls in our desired stations without use of anything more than the wire antenna included. Sound is clear. The on-line description by J&R was totally accurate."

"I asked for extremely quick shipping and the sales person had to call a store to ask if it could be done. They said they could do it. The next morning the sales person called and said that for whatever reason the package had not gone out. He was very concerned and THAT I really appreciated. I asked if they could ship for Saturday delivery and they made that go right. It was very appreciated."
