"I was actually impressed with how quick the delivery was; I was startled by the mail man's knock on the door. This site is straight forward, has a decent community that make make accurate reviews. Funny enough the 27" in monitor I bought from here was cheaper than Amazon and Best Buy price. cool!"

"I ordered a Harmon Kardon HK3490 receiver from J&R on 12/21 received free shipping and received my product on 12/24, that is amazing. I had it shipped to my parents home, because they are home all day, so I could be assured no one would walk off with my purchase. J&R called to confirm the shipping address, very impressive that they were concerned for my purchase. I will definitely recommend J&R, my experience with them was pain free."

"Not a great experience using their gift cards.
1. online you can't use more than one gift card per order. I have three $25 cards but couldn't combine them for my order.
2. they cancelled part of my order but failed to credit my gift card. contacting the company they told me they would send me another gift card. Great so i will have 4 gift cards that I can't combine to order anything.
So be aware of their gift card policy!"
