"J&R did a great job! TV arrived on time and in good condition. I was worried when I saw the box had been opened, but a red label explained that J&R opened the box to add additional protective packaging. Nice to know they want the customer to have the best chance of a damaged free purchase. Thanks J&R!"

"I was very impressed with the knowledge of the person on the phone, as I had called in looking for 1 product and this one I ultimately purchased was suggested as a better value. "Awesome shopping experience. Called in to purchase a christmas present, was helped very quickly, put on hold while stock was physically checked to make sure item was there, it was shipped out the same day, even with bad weather holding up the delivery by one day, still arrived in time for Christmas. My husband thought he had given me an impossible task three days before christmas, thanks to the wonderful customer service at J&R he was nicely surprised. Awesome job, will definately by my first stop for future purchases."
