"Gas tank fit well. BUT when I asked if the tank came with a cap your service person said it does not look like it comes with one, SO I purchased one. $ 16.10 I did not need to spend."

Costly Purchase
"Ordered a control panel cover for my generator. After waiting two and a half weeks to get the part it was the wrong one. I was able to return it for a refund ,but at MY expense. To ship the part back cost $21 and some change. This was just over half the cost of the part."

Poor service, parts not sent after a month
"Order number ***-***-**** not received. It has been over a month and the shipping updates shows LZ647623557US packages not received by ups to be sent. Very disappointing, poor communication, slow processing, but fast to take payment."

Ordered 8, but ended up with 24.
"I ordered by phone 8 shear pins. The week prior I did order and receive 2 shear pins to see if size was correct. When I ordered 8 more, I was not informed that I was ordering bags of 3 in each package. So, we are blessed with shear pins, enough for our lifetime.

"Website said they had a refrigerator part, so I ordered it. Eventually had to cancel the order when it didn't ship. It would have been so much easier if they were up-to-date on their inventory."
