"I have placed a few orders from Jacks Small Engines and have never been disappointed yet. They did not have the crank seal I wanted and were waiting for it to come from their supplier, but that seal was probably not in much of a demand, and I knew all this before I placed the order. Delayed by Canadian Postal strike
"I ordered two belts and a scraper blade. The shipment arrived today after being delayed by the Canadian Postal strike. The belts came in two boxes (one long and on short) but the scraper blade is missing. I suspect it may have fallen out of the long box. How do I follow up on this problem?
