Cannot Fill My Order
"Sadly I have been waiting on my order for 2 months or so. The manufacturer assures me that they have the blades that I ordered available, but for some reason Jeffers keeps pushing the order out another month. Today I was advised that the order date has slipped again (3rd time) to November 23rd I believe. So I have given up, cancelled my order, and am trying with the manufacturer directly. They might be great in other areas, but not for the Oster blades (at least for me). I wish you a better experience."

"I have ordered vaccines before, but for the first time from Jeffers Pet. I can usually use them for 2 seasons. But these expire in 7 months. Jeffers kindly offered a return+refund for the unused vaccines and will send a shipping label. Very understanding of Jeffers. I ordered in the afternoon and the next-day-shipping got it to me the next day.
Next time I'll have to remember to ask about the date before ordering."

"Jeffers Pets is a wonderful place to shop. I once met the owner when she made a trip to Mobile AL while she was in a Wal Mart store. I just happened to bump into her. She was very nice and seemed to care about pets. She was in the pet section of the store. That is how I started using her website, after she told me about it. I always get great service. And, I am always pleased with the product and the price."

"I love this pet website. They save my order history and make it easy to re-order same items next time. I order once a year or so. They offer order discounts and occasional free shipping. If your timing is right you can save a few bucks on the already low price. My fav is free shipping since that can get costly."

"Another fine pet store! I found their dog supplies to be very competitively priced and a great selection of treats and toys. While they don't offer free shipping the rates weren't inflated and were very reasonable.
I placed my order on Friday night so it got processed and shipped on Monday. It arrived at my door on Wed. which was great. Again, I always like to see the invoices marked up showing the pickers actually check the orders--in this case twice. Once when picked and another when packed. I like this mainly because more than a few times I placed orders through large online retailers and would be missing items. So its always nice to see stores that double check orders.
JeffersPet had some unique toys and treats I couldn't find elsewhere so I will certainly be shopping here again. :)"
