Wretched customer service
"After 3unanswered phone calls and 1 unanswered email, i mysteriously got a tracking number 12 days after i ordered. The shoes i ordered will not be here in time, and now my girls and i will be scrambling. I just hope the merchandise is acceptable because returns will be a nightmare!"

All about the shoe size
"I find it confusing when choosing a proper size either for socks purchasing or hard shoe purchasing. Some of the pages noted uk size while some are not. I am a new dancer so I have this kind of questions. It would be clear and helpful if you can post an extra picture of the shoe size chart next to each shoe picture. Doing so can prevent returning the shoes on my side and restocking the returned on you side."

Horrible customer service!
"I placed an order over a week ago. It still has not been processed nor updated. No tracking number. Nothing! So I called their number, during normal business hours, and got an answering machine. I left a message thinking I would get a cal back. No call back. So, I tried several times on different days leaving a message each time. Still nothing! Will not do business with this company again. If I don't get my order soon I will also lodge a complaint with my bank."
