Wretched customer service
"After 3unanswered phone calls and 1 unanswered email, i mysteriously got a tracking number 12 days after i ordered. The shoes i ordered will not be here in time, and now my girls and i will be scrambling. I just hope the merchandise is acceptable because returns will be a nightmare!"
