"Rude and unprofessional. Don't go there specially if you're a out of state customer. This guy Paul Friedman is so paranoid like the whole world try to steal from him. He charged my card, sent me a fake Fedex tracking number but in fact he never send me the lens. I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction. The worse thing is, he never answer he the phone. The only way to communicate is via email and it takes forever for him to reply. I had to fight with him to get my money back. It has been a nightmare dealing with this rude internet criminal. If you really want quality service, go to tryandbuylens.com. They are prompt and do not treat their customer like garbage."

"With only two days left before a trip, I decided to rent a canon 24-104 lens but many of the other online rental places either did not have the lens I wanted in stock or could not get me the lens on time. I found LensProToGo and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Paul, who was very helpful and friendly. He agreed to ship my lens via fedex 2-day for a minimal fee and rushed it out to me. Well, the lens arrived on time, in good condition, and the transaction was very hassle free. I am very please with my experience with LensProToGo and will definitely order from them again in the future."
