"I ordered a MacBook charge cord after my original cord quit working. Unfortunately, the new cord quit working after only 6 months (I've read some pretty bad reviews about Apple's Mac chargers), but MacBookAdapter.com sent me a new cord in the mail completely free of charge within a few days after I contacted them! Their customer service is excellent!"

"Excellent service and responses to my email. When ordered, the macadapter was shipped out to me on the following day. When I had a slight problem with the new adapter, Leonard responded to my email on the same day that I wrote to him. In addition, he immediately sent me out a new adapter. "One of the best online retail experiences I have ever had. I placed an order for a new adaptor. I received my order confirmation. I later realized they also sold batteries and that purchasing a battery with an adaptor qualified my purchase for a 10$ discount. I emailed customer service asking if I could consolidate the two orders and get them shipped together. Leonard replied almost immediately notifying me that my orders would indeed be merged together and that I would receive the 10$ discount off the total price. A day later I noticed that my order #'s were still separate and upon asking Leonard again when I could expect the two orders to be merged he told me that he would deal with it and he did. I received both items in the mail today (after only 3 days) and I was indeed billed the same amount Leonard assured me I would be billed. I also truly appreciate the fact that they give me a return packing slip to send my old charger back. It makes recycling the charger easy for me. It also qualifies me for an extended warranty. Long story short, I am as happy as a clam."

"thank you, leonard, for excellant customer service....also for letting me order over the phone, since my macbook battery was totally drained, and I have no backup computer to use........the adapter is working, and looks like new.....I checked with apple store here in colorado springs, and they wanted $80.00 for new adapter....I also checked with other stores in town, no one sold rebuilt adapters, for $37.00 with shipping it was a no brainer.....the adapter works and looks like brand new.......and recieved it very fast.....thank you again...>>>>YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"My overall experience with " MacBookAdapter.com / ACC, LLC " was very good. I bought an AC charger for my white macbook and also an iphone USB cable and got a free USB car adapter. The shipping was super fast and I was very happy with 2 of the products. The car adapter never worked. After sending them an email they responded very quickly and sent out another one without a question. Great customer care! I totally recommend them for these accessories!"
