"I've ordered a few chargers from Macbookadapter.com, i've never had an issue with customer service at all. recently the two chargers I had both stopped working, and since I had recently ordered them from Macbookadapter.com I inquired about the lifecycles on the cords. they immediately offered to repair/replace the two chargers I owned free of charge, and a week later in the mail I received exactly what was promised.
Macbookadapter.com has earned a customer for as long as I use apple products along with anybody I can refer their way."

"The adapter came very quickly, about 2 days. It is actually better than the one Apple sells. AND they offer free shipping to send back the defective adapter and offer to double the warranty on the product for doing so. I am so glad I found them and paid much less than half of what it would have cost to buy another one from Apple. I am very happy.

"MacBookAdapter completely went above and beyond in helping me get the right adapter for my laptop. After discovering the initial adapter received was not working properly, they quickly rushed me a replacement, and on top of that even threw in an extension for the adapter. It was super easy to get in contact with someone when I needed help, and their customer service was absolute tops! I'd definitely buy from them again."
