"The computer is perfect! My son loves it. What I do wish is that I knew I was going to be charged an extra $700+ dollars to make it a functioning gaming computer. Outside of that it’s really amazing."
"Previously I had rated this low until further notice due to first impressions. Now I'm still going to say those first impressions weren't the best, however, after follow up support with tech Guy Tom and his team to check multiple factors on what is faulting, I spoke with Max. Again there possibly was a barrier of misunderstanding, he wanted to make sure that I understood what needed to be done while also accommodating for my needs as well. You still need to call their phone line a few times before it will actually take you through the automated system though instead of dropping the call sometimes"
"Everything about the PC looks great, but had issues with the motherboard, most likely or a DOA, and doesn't boot and doesn't display anything. Needing to return to have this resolved causing more time without a PC after a few weeks."
"I have been getting PC builds from Magic Micro for over a decade, and this time they provided friendly service and met my PC needs with the professionalism that I've come to expect from them. Keep up the great work!"
"Worth what I paid for everything seems to be there. It took longer than expected (a good amount of that was mos communications between the bank and a missing email) but it got here in one piece. One part on the frame was a little warped but I couldn't tell whether it was from shipping. Overall nice build though"
"I've bought two systems from MM over the last ten years. They were a great company way back when I purchased the first PC, this experience was less than stellar however.
I ordered a laptop on the 19th, on the 22nd I received an email attempting to upsell me on parts. Oof. The email asked me if I wanted to include a wireless networking card with my laptop...which I had already included in the order. This email very much read as if it was a canned message sent out on every order in an attempt to upsell customers on parts and reading through these reviews confirms that. I replied to this email within 30 minutes and it took them two days to respond to my refusal, which in turn likely delayed my laptop, which finally shipped on the 29th. Don't upsell people and then not get back to them promptly. Better yet don't try to upsell people at all, it comes off like a skivvy used car salesman.
I'll give them three stars because ultimately the product was what I ordered and works perfectly fine. Their CS really needs some work however."
"This is the third system I have purchased from MagicMicro for my own use. I am a retired engineer who no longer builds his own systems. The MagicMicro customer representative Elena was very helpful in clearing up a couple of items. I got just the system I needed for my application.
The system was shipped promptly, was well packed, and arrived with no problems."
