1. I entered the price for an unlocked phone, but received this response back: "During the online quoting process you indicated this was the item being exchanged: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Unlocked 32GB, while it appears to actually be: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge T-Mobile 32GB. carrier unlocked phones do not qualify for the factory unlocked category." I am not tech-savvy, so you may know better, but I thought that the carrier unlocking the phone was an unlocked phone...…
2. I was told there were minor scratches on the screen. This phone never went ONE DAY without a screen cover and my examination of the screen was that it was flawless. I recommend you take very high resolution photos of your phone before you mail it off."
