"I enjoy shopping with Men's Wearhouse. I have had a great experience with on-line shopping, with my purchases being shipped promptly, as ordered, and in very good shape. I have had a little less luck with my in-store purchases. For example, my last in-store purchase, a new suit, when I went back to pick up my suit after alterations, I was given the wrong coat...as a result it did not fit. I had to return the wrong one and pick up the correct one (which is over a 30 mile drive for me). Mistakes happen and I was never terribly upset; it was just a frustration. I wish I had either thought to ask to try my purchase on before I left (which I will ask next time) or wish that the clerk helping me had suggested that I try things on."
