Do NOT try and buy from these people online
"Tried to buy a tux online. Found a great deal, but...
1) Their website kept bouncing around, up and down, making navigation very difficult.
2) I tried to read "reviews" for the product and, yes, again, their website kept malfunctioning, making it all but impossible.
3) I finally was able to choose "Buy" to purchase the tux and... rather than providing a clear path to "check out," their system aggressively forces "upsell" products on you.
4) I finally got to the checkout and... again... their incompetence shines. When I clicked on "Guest Checkout," their system captured my VISA and personal data, then when I click to finalize the purchase... instead of finalizing it, it forces me to "sign up and sign in" as a member (even though I've already chosen to check out as a "guest").
5) I, nevertheless, foolishly sign up and sign in and... NOTHING!!!!!
So, I've wasted half an hour of my life with an incompetent company and I don't even know if a charge is going to appear on my VISA today. Tomorrow. God knows, with this incompetent group, perhaps in a year or two?
So... what next???? I called their customer service. True to form, it took over 15 minutes on hold to get a person. And... guess what? When their CS person finally comes on the phone, this 3rd world company's 5th rate technology is so bad, I can literally only hear maybe every fifth or sixth word the CS rep is saying to me.
After one minute, I hang up.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS!!!!!"

"Last night I power shopped like never before! Rosa made it so easy, I always dread shopping with my 17 yr old son.. so darn picky.
He’s long and slender, perfect for the current skinny fashion. Great experience getting fitted for a suit, Rosa made him look and feel good about his choices. The buy one get the rest 1/2 off, bravo! He likes the fact the suits are being tailored for him.. She suggested not tailoring all now, he’s 6’ and still growing, it’s all included in their service. However, defiantly go see Rosa at the Skokie location! She has impeccable style. Over all outstanding service and experience!"

Never Rent Tux From MW
"We rented a tux for groom and 5 groomsmen and every single tux had something wrong. I would never have thought that was even possible?! One tux missing shoes, one a jacket, one no cuff links/buttons, one wrong color, etc., and the worst was one mailed to wrong state. They overnighted it but the groomsman missed the pictures anyway, almost ruined the wedding. Certainly added stress to a day that we didnt need anymore stress. THEN, to make matters even worse, after dropping all of the tuxes off at same location/time, I called a couple hours later to say a valuable item was left in 1 tux and the customer service department tells me I have to wait 14 days to get a return phone call?! I was asking if this item could be retrieved at that moment and it made no sense why I would have to wait 2 weeks! The bride and groom will be home from honeymoon by that time! Never use MW again! I wont even buy my suits there anymore as well, just out of principal! The fact that a week has gone by and no one has called, emailed or anything tells me I will never see this item again!"

"I went to the store needed by a suit today. Allen Eduardo didn’t blink an eye. He found me a pair of slacks and coat, separately, because my chest and waist size don’t equate to the normal population! He then had the pants fitted and I was in and out in 49 minutes!"

"I'm overall disappointed that your store in Steven's Creek San Jose would not price match your online sale. The whole reason for walking into the San Jose store was becuase the coat I wanted was in stock. I asked the attendant for price verification and he wasn't even aware of the 30% off on clearance. The advertising in the emails and website made it seem like this was supposed to be some kind of big anniversary sale, yet the stores aren't even matching pricing.So I had to go home and go online and pay more money to get the coat shipped to me. WHen it was already in store and I tried it on. How does it make sense to make your customer pay more for something that's already in stock."

"I find it incredibly difficult to purchase shirts on this site because it does not allow me to scroll through the sizes. I have purchased shirts from the website probably a half dozen times and find it incredibly frustrating that it takes forever to navigate to my size."
